Fabusend includes fast, free technical help by email. We do not have technical help by phone. For escalated, level 2 tickets (which are rare) we offer expert level, remote screen sharing.
We will be happy to do that for you, free of charge. We will make any changes/edits to your design at no cost, up to 2 (two) times in a year. Beyond that, changes are billed at $25 per request.
Should you wish to have a completely different design made for you, after your original order has been created and delivered, Fabusend charges a re-make fee of $50.00
